Cannot upgrade phone

Hi, I recently bought an iPhone XS from the Virgin Mobile website. As I go through the "swap my device" section of my account, everything runs smoothly until I get to the "Choose your plan" page. There's no plans listed there, and hitting the "next" button does nothing. I have all the information I need to activate it if anyone can help me out.
