Cant swap new phone

I've been trying for 3 hrs to switch to my new phone. When I try to do it online, it tells me it can't find my device by my MEID (DEC) #. It tells me to call customer support so I do. I've been on hold for 45 freaking minutes on two seperate phones! Someone please help me!!
