I would love to revive the posting WORST.SERVICE.EVER

It's just one of those too cheap to complain situations but hey let's do it anyway.

Terrible site, no way to confirm order status, redundant customer service.  

I've been asked "Did you try to complete online...Oh yes you can't do it online..."

Thanks VM for the space to vent, been with the company for years just thought I could buy a phone
