Closing a case request


Closing a case request

After speaking with customer support on the phone and being told to go to the Apple store to get my new replacement phone, I have received a box in the mail to return my defective phone. I guess the support staff that I spoke to on the phone did not make notes to cancel the request. I have my new phone already and no longer need to return the old one. How do I get the case request closed? Thank you.
