Like 6 months ago I asked for my service to be shut down or postponed until I set up my new phone. I've now been charged over $200 since then... What the heck? Can I please have my money back for a service I'm not using at all?
Every time I contact virgin mobile support they either hang up or try to upgrade me to a pricier plan (When I'm trying to get a refund!). I guess I should document the **bleep** I've been through and post it online? How does someone get help from this type of customer service?
I've been robbed at knifepoint before, but being robbed by virgin mobile seems a bit worse. 'thanks'.
