Data not swapping

I am attempting to swap my data from my iPhone 7 Plus (bought from virgin) to my iPhone 11 (also bought from virgin), and it is not working. I tried doing it from the website multiple times, and it just sent me to an error screen each time I hit the 'activate' button. Now, I tried swapping my sim cards, and now neither phones have service and my new phone keeps giving me a notification saying the sim is locked. I tried calling the customer service number, but that does not work, because I do not have a third phone to call them with. This is incredibly frustrating, as now neither of my phones work, and I am desperately trying to set up my new one.

Don’t you fret, kileyrhian! We’ve got you covered. Please send me a private message with your phone number, PIN number, the IMEI number and SIM card number for the new device.
