I tried to buy the iphone SE 64GB last night online, and when I went to proceed through with my credit card info the site said I needed to call VM to buy it over the phone. I did so and then was told that my credit AND debit card were denied to buy the phone. They told me to contact my bank, which I did. The bank said they had no idea what I was talking about because they didn't have any infromation on my card getting denied and the problem was on VM end. I then proceeded to call back VM and tell them the problem is on their end. They were unable to process my order because of the "deny" once again. Now the phone is sold out and I am left without one ONCE AGAIN. The programs and service through VM is the worst I have ever delt with in my life. I'm unsure what to do to convince VM that my credit card is not fraudulent and it should be going through. HELP!!!
I can't stand VM this is the MOST FRUSTRATING COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, someone needs to fix this or they won't be here long
I have been trying to buy 2 phones for 2 weeks and watched all the phones sell out!!! I hope they answer us! I am so upset. our families data done right plan runs out this month and we were texted to change plans and offered a great promo code. which I could NEVER use!! I cannot believe long time customers or new customers can be treated this way!! I am desparate. sorry for butting in, I just don't know where to go to get help. its been like a full time job dealing with Virgin mobile for 2 weeks. This is crazy! Do what is right Virgin mobile. I was instructed to do many different things. I have racked my brain, so you are not alone. I don't think there is any way we could have bought a phone. I think there is a huge glitch. they got in over their head again with new plans and not prepared.
I totally agree with you. we tried every way to get us a phone with no help. I was on the phone with them for days. It seems obvious now that I know many are struggling with VM. I have been with Virgin Mobile for a long time and I always end up doing the work. I am frustrated with the customer service who all say something different and there are no supervisors to talk to. maybe you moved on to another company. I am holding on waiting for them to make good for their customers. if not, I am gone. I am tired of doing it all and now, watched all the phones sell out while I kept getting error messages. I wonder how other people were buying like hotcakes? how did so many people get to purchase too many phones and resell them and I can't simply replace our phones.
