I just got the iPhone 7 that I ordered from Virgin, but the Swap My Device webpages are not working. Either it stalls with an infinite spinning red circle after entering my PIN, or, if that works, the Next button leading to Choose a New Plan (I would like to keep my plan, actually), does nothing, as though it were a dead link.
