I bought an iPhone 7 and a new sprint/boost/virgin mobile sim card. Tried to do the device swap activation online. It did not work. I tried all the various ## commands, toggling cellular data, airplane mode, removing and reinserting the sim card, a hard reset, numerous searches into the Virgin community discussion forum and two messages via the contact us link when I was logged into my account. Nothing worked and no one has responded. I tried calling the help line via wifi but it was quickly apparent that I could not use the phone that needed activation while I was getting automated instructions about how to trouble shoot the problem. I am so fed up with this.
