I just ordered the XR this past Friday. I hope that it comes on time and I have no issues activating it. Do you have any advice/have you been able to fix the problem?

I just got the iphone xr and am not able to activate it. I got it directly from virgin.

I am able to get to the screen where it says to choose a plan. Nothing shows on the screen giving me options for plans and when I click next nothing happens.
