Device Swap Problem

I'm attempting to swap my old Android phone for a used iPhone 6, that has been unlocked and has new SIM that was purchased online from Virgin Mobile. I inserted SIM into new phone, logged into my account, clicked device swap, followed instructions about entering IMEI and ICCID, chose keep my current number and entered PIN when asked. At this point the website lags, I get a spinning wheel to no where. Please help!

Hello, ptwigg. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. The Bring Your Own program is only available for new customers. Existing customers are not allowed to activate unlocked phones at the moment.
