Extra Charges on my account due to upgrading IPHONE?
I recently bought an inoperable phone from Virgin and returned it and got another one. In between, you guys added my old phone to my account while I waiting for my Iphone (thanks for that!) . When I orginally set up my new Iphone I changed plans, then when you put my old phone on my account, I got an email saying I changed plans again, then I got my phone today and activate it and I got another email stating I changed plans again. My quesiton is, am I being charged multiple times for these changes?
