Having trouble activating phone

Virgin sent me a new SIM card and I put it in my new LG Stylo 4, but when I try to activate the phone I get the following message: Oops we don't recognize this device.

Uh oh! That’s not what we like to hear. We’re on it, lydia1979! Can you please send me a private message with your phone number, PIN number and new SIM card number?
