I can't make or receive calls!

I've been unable to make or receive calls for almost two days! I have no way to call customer service because (a) I CAN'T MAKE CALLS and (b) I can't seem to find any way to contact someone for help. My data is working fine and I've emailed three times WITH NO RESPONSE! This is unacceptable ..... someone please help.

Let’s get this thing fixed for you. Can you please sent me a private message with your phone number and PIN? 

 

To send a private message just click on the picture of any Boost Mobile agent and, in the next screen, click "send this user a private message".

They will not respond in any way outside of working hours. I’ve tried calling emailing, this site and scouring the Website. Their service has gone downhill, and the customer service is drying up.
