I used to be a Virgin Mobile customer and I still have my old Sprint SIM card in case I ever wanted to return, but I have a new device. When I was with Virgin, I was using an iPhone 6 but I have an iPhone 7 now. Does that matter? How would I go about purchasing a plan without getting the SIM card? It says I no longer have an account—so would I need to make a new one with a new plan? Thanks!
