ICCID already in use problem

I'm switching phones, when I put in the ICCID it tells me that it is already in use.  Tried to call but no answer.  Help!

Hello there ScottC. Whenever you are swapping devices, please ensure you are using the same SIM that came with the phone. If you are using the SIM that was shipped originally with the phone and getting this error, then please send us a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number plus the IMEI and SIM card number of your device.
