I am trying activate an Iphone I purchased from Virgin. I am unable to activate online and I have tried several times. I go through the process enter/verify my information and get to the activate window. However, the activate button will not work. How do I activate my new phone?

I have repeatedly (at least10 times) attempted to activate my iphone 7S - but not luck. Like hundreds of people, the activation button just sdoes nothing. I am an existing customer, swapping an android for the iphone.
