This is now the 2nd pre-loved phone I have had issues with...I purchased a pre-loved iphone 7 plus and had to return it using the 90 day warranty because the microphone didn't work. The replacement I received has problems with data connection and I was told by an apple employee that it may need a new sim card. I would rather swap the sim than return it for yet another pre-loved phone. Can someone help with this?
