A few days ago the LTE in my immediate area suddenly stopped working for me and my wife. I have called virgin customer care twice to report the issue, thinking there is some type of outage. We have the same phone type, iPhone SE, and neither of us experienced any issues before this past weekend. According to our local coverage map, we should have no issues. I have gone through all the listed steps (airplane mode, check cellular data, reset network settings, dial ##etc.). To date, nothing has worked. This is quite frustrating and seems like a network issue. Please advise.
