Loaner iPhone

The Apple store sent my Virgin Mobile iPhone for repair. They issued me a loaner to use in the meantime. They did transfer my Virgin Mobile SIM to the loaner phone. I am having trouble setting up my loaner with my virgin mobile account because the website says it doesn't recognize the MEID or the IMEI. Please help.
