Need agent to help me with ICCID switch

I want to switch my SIM card from my old phone to another phone, but the ICCID is described as "already in use". Can a Virgin mobile agent help me with this ICCID switch? I've looked around but can't find anywhere on the site indicating which agents are currently online.

Thanks. I was seeking help yesterday around 6pm CST but never got any. When I return home today and seek help again this evening, how do I locate an agent?
