I have a new iPhone 11 and installed a new SIM card I got today from Virgin Mobile. I called to activate the phone, the rep put me on hold and cut me off and my old phone too. I have no way to contact anyone now by phone and my activation is incomplete! This has taken up my entire afternoon and I still don't have a phone that works!
