Hello there ghardy6d. Let me help you out with this. Please send me a Private Message by clicking on my user name and at the right side of the pane you will see the option to send a private message. Include your phone and pin number.
We understand. Just to confirm: Did you get the IMEI and SIM card numbers from the box of the phone? If that's the case, please check the IMEI and the SIM card (ICCID) numbers on the phone SETTINGS menu under ABOUT PHONE.
I just saw this now... I sent a PM with the numbers from the phone under "about" but the rep I was talking to doesn't seem to be online anymore is anyone else available to assist me with this?
