No Service for a Month

I haven’t had service since December 18th (today is 01/06/19.) First my internet went out and since I don’t have internet my IMessages don’t send, now my phone service is also not working so I can’t make any calls.
The VM FB support just told me “there’s an outage.” There’s no estimated time for this to be resolved or any more information regarding the outage.

If I would have know I would have this many problems with VM I would have just switched service to another company.

Hello there, @Nena! That does not sound OK. We wish you hadn’t experienced it. Unfortunately if there is an outage we may not be able to fix it immediately, but rest assured our technicians will definitely take care of that  as soon as possible.  Thanks.

After a month of not having service it’s finally been restored. I was told I’d get a reimbursement for the time my phone was out and they gave me $10. So $10 out of the $50 I pay a month. How ridiculous?? Is there anyway you guys can do better than THAT?!!
