No service at home

I’ve had this pre-loved iPhone 7 Plus for a few months now and have just now encountered a problem. When I am home, it says no service and will not receive or send calls or texts. Once I leave the house it’s fine and goes back to normal. I have tried restarting the phone, turning on and off airplane mode and WiFi. Nothing’s helps. Any thoughts?

Follow these steps:

  • Click on the user name of the Social care agent. You will be taken to their profile.
  •  Click the "Send this User a Private Message" located on the right hand side. 
  • Type your message in the new window and click Send.
