Phone Not Activating: Existing VM member switched to iPhone inner circle

Went through the activation process for my new iPhone about 45 min ago using my existing phone number. Service is not avail on my previous phone or my iPhone now. Can you please help? Thanks!

The first thing to do is make sure your phone setttings are correct.

 

Make sure you are connected to WiFi and that Internet access is working.

 

Do a carrier reset  which is ##CLEAR# on the keypad.

 

Then update the service which is ##UPDATE# on the keypad.

 

If that does not resolve the issue, the next likely issue is that the backend has not upated yet and a little more time is needed.

 

 

Should that not solve the problem when other troublehooting steps can be undertaken.
