Phone activation problem

My phone broke and I bought a new one but everytime i try to activate it says error and to call customer service. But have no phone to call

This is what I've had for the ;last 6 days.   Broken phone and they tell you to call them.

When I try to file a claim, they deny coverage.  I've paid hundreds in insurance premiums to be treated this way..
