Phone is not making or receiving calls and currently getting the “searching” message.
I have talked with 6 Virgin reps via phone and no one can figure out why my phone says searching or no service. Account is up to date and I have missed out on multiple work calls the past 36hrs. If this is not resolved today I will be switching carriers. I have already tried resetting, rebooting, etc....No solutions from the version reps. They told me to wait 4 days without service. All towers are working fine. Please assist!
