Phone losing service since day 1 replacement sim card not activating
so I received my new iphone 2/20/19 and it has not worked correctly. after countless chats and reactivation and service updates so losing service. they send me a replacement sim card and trying to activate online but activation doesn't even recognize the device.
Too late to return phone because you only have a week even thought i was faulty phone when I received it. I need help activating my new sim card and or replacing the phone entirely. We've been with virgin mobile for 6.5 years and have never had and issue.
