Another problem. I went to Motorola>My Stuff to register my phone and I received incorrect warranty status for 6 months.To fix it they ask me to upload my scanned or electronic receipt.I ordered my phone online from Virgin Mobile and I did not receive any receipt. Where may I get one?
Why don't you email me a copy of invoice or confirmation email? This is all they need to fix the warranty from 6 to 12 months. Very strange.
