I just bought service through Virgin Mobile and ported a cell phone number to Virgin as well (not from Sprint).
I am doing this on an unlocked iPhone SE that I bought from Sprint, and using the same Sprint SIM card that they gave me when I bought the phone.
I have been trying to activate Virgin Mobile service on my phone, but it still says "Sprint" in the top-left corner, and I cannot make any calls, receive any text messages, or use any cellular data.
Can someone please help me activate Virgin Mobile service on my phone?
The problem has been solved over the phone.
