I am new to Virgin Mobile. I ordered a pre-owned Apple iPhone 6S on 11/24/2017 and it has been shipped today. However, I found the Bluetooth didn't work and I couldn't found any Bluetooth devices from this iPhone. According to Virgin Mobile policy, I need to ship it back to Virgin Mobile for the replacement. Could I request a prepaid shipping label?

According to Virgin Mobile, they exchange phones only, that is, for my case, I won't gave $200 Black Friday promotional card if I return the defective phone. Good job, Virgin Mobile.
