Problem after swapping phone

I recently swapped to a new iPhone. My previous plan was $35 per month, unlimited talk, text and 10gb of data. The extra data came from some promo I recieved a few months back. When I swapped to the new phone, the data was reduced to 2.5 gb. Is it possible to get my old plan with the extra data back?
