Request for new SIM card


My iphone 7 began receving the "no service"/ "so SIM card" error. Upon factory reset, the SIM card has failed completely, leaving my locked out of my phone.
I looked everywhere but could find no option to order a replacement SIM card, so I've elected to directly contact support.

I appreciate your swift response, as my work does not afford me the luxury of not having contact with my cohorts for any short period of time.

I recieved a new phone and have been waiting for over a week for my SIM card. I had spoken to someone on August 12th, 14th and 17th, each time guarenteed one was being delivered. How can I know if one is actually coming? And when it's delivered, how do I activate it. Of note, I am currently paying for a cell phone that does not function.
