After talking to your agents for 2 and a half hours, they said they need to mail me another SIM card but needed me to contact you through this because twitter isn’t secure. My SIM card fails within 5 minutes of turning the phone on. I did the same series of troubleshooting with two different agents to no avail, then hey said well send you a SIM card for free but you have to call us(who I can’t because my SIM card is dead) or contact you on this website. I’m beyond frustrated and just want the service to my phone I paid for.
