I purchased an unlocked iPhone 7 Plus from virgin mobile website (without a SIM card) and received the phone with a sprint SIM card. I’ve never attempted to change my current number to the iPhone, activate, or bother pin information. Once I try to sign up for a plan under virgin mobile it says the device is not recognized. I reached out to sprint and there was no help. Is there a way to see how the sim got locked or who it may be locked with as I haven’t attempted to bother anything sim wise.
