My service update never works
This is after
Resetting the carrier by pressing ##25327#
This is despite my this phone saying it's activated on my virgin account.
I've contacted mupltiple virgin people who have just told me to repeat these steps multiple times.
This is also with the fact that I'm using an unlcoked pre-owned virgin mobile iphone and have used the sim card received from the virgin website. Would like some urgent help so I know if I need a new phone
