I need someone from Virgin Mobile to reach out and help me get my phone's sim card working. Just received my phone back from Apple after being repaired. Sim Card locks when i start the phone up, upper left corner of screen shows "invalid sim". Can't even find the number for customer service that I used last week to try, unsuccessfully, to activate the loaner that Apple provided. I have now gone 3 weeks without a working phone and am at the end of my rope. I need help quickly.
