I am having the same problem! I received my phone back from Apple after doing some repairs and ever since we switched my SIM back to my iPhone it's not been working. It worked perfectly in the loaner phone Apple gave to me. I sent an email and that said it can take 48 hours to resolve, but I need my phone working ASAP! Please help

I've recently had the same thing happen to me, my sim card will work for about 2 minutes and then stop immediately.

Yes, it's the same sim card that I got with the phone 2+ years ago.

It's not asking me for an unlock code but it is telling me that the SIM card is locked
