Sprint Carrier Issue

Okay so I bought a virgin mobile Iphone SE right? I had another phone at the time with Sprint. So i inserted the Sprint sim into the Virgin Mobile Phone since the sprint sim still had service. The carrier updated the Virgin Mobile phone to Sprint. 

Now i bought a sim card from virgin that was compatiable with Boost, Virgin, and Sprint for the virgin mobile phone.

When i activated my sim everything was fine, it said it was successful. 

I restarted my phone and it popped up "Sprint" on my carrier but gave me no service at all.

At times it would change to "No Service" and "Extended" but still no service.

I hard ressetted my phone, took out the sim, restarted the phone. Did everything.

I followed the instructions carefully and gave the right information when activating my service, What could it be?

 

i also did the ##Clear# on the dial pad when connected to the internet 

but it said “IPhone is not activated”

 

when I did ##Update# 

It said “Service Update Failed”
