Switching from Iphone 5s to an Iphone 7 ICCID is not found

I'm a current Virgin wireless customer. Purchased a new Iphone 7 from Apple and want to activate it. Tried to use sim from old phone, but that wouldn't work to activate. Says it's already in use. 

 

Purchased a BOOST/Virgin/Sprint sim today and tried to activate via your website. I got the message: sorry, the ICCID you entered isn't found.

 

How can I activate my new phone with my Virgin wireless account???

 

Very frustrated. There isn't really any info on how to do this here.

That’s not what we like to hear. We’re on it, Dani! Can you please send me a private message with your phone number and PIN, together with the iPhone 7 IMEI and the new SIM card number?
