Unable to active new iPhone

Hi,

I am currently with Virgin and am trying to swap to a new phone, also purchased through Virgin Mobile. While following the activation instructions, I was able to enter the MEID and verify the ICCID, but after I get to the phone number page, pick keep the same number, and enter that number, it gets stuck on the next screen - it's just a blank page with "Back" or "Next", and clicking Next does nothing. Please help!
