I just purchased an CDMA/GMS unlocked iPhone 7, not from Virgin mobile. I put the SIM card in the iPhone 7 from the iPhone 6 and it says "Invalid SIM". I have updated the Carrier Settings. I have tried walking through the "Swap My Device" steps, and when I get to the part to enter the ICCID, it says it is unable to activate it because it is already in use. It recommended I called customer service, so I did. The service rep told me I would have to purchase a new SIM card. This does not make sense, as I have used this SIM in an iPhone 5 previously before going to the 6.
