Unable to switch plans

Hello,

 

I was trying to switch both my and my husband's plans from the Inner Circle Plan to the $35/month plan (we just have no need for unlimited everything), but it's telling me that we're on the only plans available even though it's showing the other options. Can someone help me change plans for both accounts?
