I have been a Virgin customer for about a decade. I have purchased 4 phones from them during this time. I asked for my current phone to be unlocked so that I could use while I’m traveling internationally. The CS person said, ‘sure we’ll send you an email...’ Terrific! No. Never got an email. Asked again for the unlocking and CS person said ‘... be patient. It takes a few days...’ Nope. Spent 10 days in Paris w/o my phone. I just made the request again bc I’m doing more int. travel soon, and this time CS person says, “Sorry but you haven’t had this device for 12 months which makes you ineligible for unlocking.” Seriously?? Wtaf?
