Why can't I continue to have autopay+iPhone discount for a replacement iPhone?
My iphone was damaged and I received a replacement thanks to the insurance (great!), but then the charge I saw during the phone swap shows no autopay+iphone discount I've enjoyed for a long time. Is it not applicable to a replacement iphone? I never changed the autopay setting and will continue to use it.

Hey there, sunmasen! Our current plans do not include a $5 discount when using autopay. Usually, if you have a grandfathered plan, you may have to change it when you swap to a different phone. If that's the case, and you change the plan, the discount would be lost. We'd like to take a closer look. Please send us a private message so we may work directly with you.
