Why can't current customers buy an iphone elsewhere?
I've been a customer for over ten years, and my Samsung phone just died. I had a few problems with phone messages being delayed, so wanted to get an iphone. A relative has one they were going to give me, but now I see I can't use it with Virgin because I am already a customer. I would gladly buy an iphone from the website if it had a 64gb in a 6 or 7. It's either 32gb or spending close to 500 bucks--half of the iphones on the website are out of stock!!! I chose Virgin for it's low cost and no contract plans since I am not made of money. I would assume many customers are in a similar situation. If exhisting customers are limited to the website, why aren't there more low cost choices?
