I desperately needed to replace my iPhone 7 and it made sense to go with the newest model, the 11 Pro. It doesn't make sense however to buy such an expensive phone with the least amount of storage offered which currently is Virgin's only choice. I waited, checked back and hung in there as long as I could but after 7 years with Virgin, I ended up changing providers. Whatever is going on with Virgin, get this iPhone inventory issue straightened out. No other provider has this problem. If you can't get your hands on the phones customers want, then at least allow ALL phones to be unlocked. You're losing customers over this!
