I am able to get through everything up until the "choose your plan" page, and there is nothing except the 'back' and 'continue' button, and neither of those work! I have tried reloading and attempting to check the status of my phone, but it says it doesn't recognize it. I bought my phone and SIM card directly from the Virgin website, so why isn't it recognizing it? Help me activate my phone!
