Hi, my phone has been saying “No Sevice” for the past two days. I was coming home from college in PA and I’m back in NJ. I didn’t have a mobile network available on my iPhone when I was driving back home. I tried calling virgin mobile customer service twice and nothing happened. Calling did not resolve the issue. I tried removing my SIM card and that didn’t work either. I have tried multiple phone numbers to contact on the dial icon inside the phone app and that didn’t work. Tried “Resetting Network Settings” on iPhone 8, nothing worked. There is no problem with my local carrier tower, and there is no power outage in my area. My bill is paid already. How do I escalate my problem? Please help me!
